Use the RBsoft tool to remove the lock of the phone in EDL mode
1. Turn off anti virus or windows defender of your PC.
2. Extract and install RBsoft tool.
3. Run the RBsoft tool as administrator.
4. Now switch off your phone and connect it to PC by pressing both vol rockers.
5. Now your phone is now connected to the PC in EDL mode.
6. Make sure you've installed the qualcomm drivers in your PC.
7. Then hit on format user data.
8. After complete process your phone will be automatically reboot.
9. Now waiting for phone to boot up.
10. The phone is unlocked now.
